Your rank on every street in your area
A map grid scan checks where you rank from dozens of points around your business. Red means customers there can't find you. Green means you're in the top 3. Switch between the two scans to see what a local campaign changes.
Example scan for illustration. Real scans run on BrightLocal and Local Falcon.

Barbershop, Largo FL
Strategy study- Challenge
- Barbershops live on regulars and a tiny radius, so generic local SEO misses both.

- Result
- A published strategy, not a client result. It shows how I plan local campaigns.
Industries
Businesses I know how to rank
Each industry searches differently. A restoration company needs to be found at 2 a.m. in an emergency. A barbershop needs regulars within 5 miles. The plan starts there.
How I work
Six steps, in this order
Crawl & audit
Full crawl, Search Console, GA4, your Business Profile and citations. Problems ranked by what they cost you.
Fix the foundation
Index cleanup, redirects, duplicate tags and speed. One client page went from a PageSpeed score of 48 to 100.
Map keywords
Start at your main city, then move out to each service-area city. Track "service + city" terms that bring calls.
Content & entities
Service and location pages, blog posts and schema that tie your brand to your services and your area.
Build authority
Citations, reviews and niche outreach. Spammy old links get cleaned up.
Track & grow
Rankings, map scans, traffic and calls tracked, and the plan adjusted as results come in.
Local SEO
Built around the miles you actually serve
I map your service radius with pin drops, scan rankings on a grid around your address, and build a page for each city you cover. A barbershop needs 3 to 5 miles. A contractor might need a whole county.
- Business Profile categories, services and posts
- Citations cleaned up and built out
- Review flow with QR codes at the counter
- Location pages for every service-area city

About me
The bridge between you and your customers
I've done SEO since 2016, after nearly ten years in client service, sales and MIS roles. That background still shapes how I work: I explain what I'm doing, and I care more about calls and orders than vanity rankings.
Today I'm SEO Manager at Intelligent Solutions Tech in Lahore, running local SEO, content and technical work across client accounts with a team of writers and developers. Before that I led SEO for CarbonTV as Lead SEO Developer at Qult Technologies.

FAQ
Common questions
Something else on your mind? Send it with your website and I'll answer it directly.
How long before I see results?
Technical fixes and Business Profile work tend to show first. Content and links take longer, usually a few months. On CarbonTV, monthly organic clicks more than doubled within three months of starting.
Do you work with businesses outside Pakistan?
Yes. Most of my clients are in the US, UK and Australia, and I work across their time zones.
Can you help me show up in ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?
Yes. AI answers pull from sites and profiles they trust. I work on entities, schema, citations and content that answers real questions, so AI tools can find and quote you.
Will you change my Google Business Profile?
Profile updates, posts and photos are done by hand by my team, never through automated tools. I only reply to reviews if you ask me to.
Which website platforms do you work with?
WordPress and WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce and Laravel sites. I write the technical fixes and work with your developer, or with mine.
Do you work white-label with agencies?
Yes. I deliver local SEO, audits and content under your agency's name, with reports branded for your clients.
